Empowerment sessions are preferable when we have a specific target to achieve (e.g. improvement of our relationships, our learning abilities, our memory, our presentation skills), or a specific block that we want to overcome (e.g. fear of planes, insomnia, stress, smoking, eating disorders, destructive habits and patterns).

We definitely aim at a single session but even though the success rate of single sessions is high, more may be required. Sometimes the reason for something is hidden under subsequent layers and takes some time to come to the surface. In other occasions, as a habit or pattern is cleared and removed, other issues show up. This is the soul’s way of taking the chance to clear as much as possible. When this happens, old memories and emotions may show up that have been there all along but were lethargic. It’s like peeling an onion! It’s like spring cleaning! It’s good!

It can be used to:

- Overcome limiting beliefs
- Overcome undesirable habits and patterns (weight, smoking, nail biting etc.)

  • 1.1 HypnoEmpowerment

Our brains operate at five distinct brainwave frequencies as measured by an Electroencephalograph (EEG).  When we are fully alert, engaged and focused, the brain operates at Beta wave frequency (15 to 40 cycles per second).  In a restful, relaxed state, such as “light” sleep, the brain operates at Alpha wave frequency (9 to 14 cycles per second).  In deeper states of relaxation such as that of dreaming, hypnosis and meditation, the brain operates at Theta wave frequencies (4 to 8 cycles per second).  When we reach even deeper hypnosis and meditation, the brain operates at Delta wave frequencies (1 to 4 cycles per second).  This frequency is associated with deep, dreamless sleep. Since scientists never stop searching the abilities of the mind, more brain wave frequencies have recently been identified, such as Lambda and Epsilon.

The lower the brain frequency, the easier it is to “convince” the mind of beliefs that are good and beneficial to us: that we are worthy, powerful, loving and loveable, able to achieve whatever we wish for.  This is because the “inner critic” that is usually sabotaging our attempts, does not function at these low frequencies.  In HypnoEmpowerment we aim at Theta frequencies but Alpha frequencies also work.  The suggestions that we provide our brain with at these frequencies, are easily accepted and taken for granted.  It is also important to know that the brain is a muscle, so we need to train it.  We therefore must practice what we wish for in order to achieve the required results.  A protocol of 21 days of continuous repetition is usually sufficient, even though a longer period is occasionally required and is definitely more powerful. 

What you need is a 90-120 minute session which is concluded with a voice recording on your mobile phone.  The recording is typically 10-20 minutes long.  All recordings are custom-made.  Recordings can be either in Greek or in English.  The commitment required by you is to listen to the recording at least once a day for a minimum of 21 consecutive days.  Once the 21 days are over, you will find that your mind has been reconditioned in a more beneficial way and is able to support, improve or heal you.  Recordings can be used for more than 21 days if you wish or if recommended to you.  Recordings must be listened to while lying down or sitting comfortably, uninterrupted and NEVER while driving or operating machinery.

The method used is based on Marisa Peer’s Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT). Results vary from person to person.

In addition to our physical body, we are all made of energy. The clearer and lighter our energy, the happier we are and the easier we manifest what we wish for.

We don’t live in isolation and for this reason our energetic fields are affected by what is going on around us. We usually carry with us the beliefs and problems that we have inherited from our parents, teachers, friends, the society, social media influencers.  We construct life-theories based on our experiences and the experiences of others and the way we interpret them.  Our energy is highly affected by the energy of those around us and this is the reason why we instinctively seek the company of people who make us feel good and empowered.

Our conscious and subconscious beliefs and behavioral patterns and habits are not always useful and often hold us back, without us even realizing it. Learning how to identify these destructions and by-pass them, we can make more beneficial, conscious choices. We can rid ourselves from whatever stands in our way to success and happiness and we can attract what we wish for more easily. We can move forward having clear goals, confidence, health and happiness.

What you need is a session during which limiting beliefs and energetic blocks are identified and removed.  Once they are removed, they are gone!  Most times, though, people carry multiple limiting beliefs and barriers that need clearing. This is the reason why more sessions may be needed, as different aspects come to the surface. It may also be the case that a belief is so deeply imbedded in the subconscious that patience and perseverance are required in order to clear it completely.  Bottom line, anyone can learn to identify their limitations and remove them. The aim of intuitive life coaching is to teach people how to realize what is happening to them and around them and make conscious decisions.
